Navigating Life with your Wise Body Compass - workshop with Sas Petherick during Intunity Coaches Week 2015

On the very first day of the Intunity Coaches Week along with Sas Petherick we explored the wisdom of our body and the intelligence it brings for us. We discussed and reflected upon questions like:

• How can we access the wisdom of the body?
• How can we tune ourselves into this wisdom and listen to it more?
• How can we make use of the "body compass" when making decisions that are important for us?
