Ask yourself who observes all feelings and thinking that take place. What is this pure awareness? Does it feel or think? Once you look deeply into it, you will see that there is nothing there. It is empty. A lot of people perceive emptiness as something bad. However, this is the true self. Emptiness stands at the core of being.  Empty is a blessing. Once you are empty you become nothing. Once you are NOTHING only then can you be EVERYTHING.
